The workshop was held in Bhopal and it welcomed participants from various states, including students and professionals. The event started with an ice breaker session where the attendees had the opportunity to introduce themselves and get to know each other. After this session, a small presentation was shown to provide a better understanding of rammed earth construction.

In order to familiarize the participants with the materials involved in rammed earth construction, various types of mud were organized for the workshop. The students were asked to touch and examine the mud, as it is crucial to know the type of earth that will be used for rammed earth walls.

While the students were getting acquainted with the mud, they also received the necessary materials and equipment for construction. Meanwhile, the Master Artisan, Mr. Malaram Bisnoi, was preparing the mold for the rammed earth. The students had the opportunity to witness and understand the process of using Pharma in rammed earth construction.

Throughout the construction process, the students learned about the proper ratio of earth to cement, the importance of removing stones from the earth, and the size of the mud granules. They also had the chance to ask questions and clarify any doubts they had.

The participants then proceeded to construct their own walls, with some of them designing their own molds and others experimenting with different colors. It was an enjoyable and enlightening workshop that provided a creative and mindful experience for all involved.
