Aagaur Studio

Our Adobe

Aagaur studio prioritizes sustainable practices. When it came to designing their own office, they fully embraced this philosophy. The furniture in the office is all recycled, sourced from multiple Locations, that specialize in old furniture. The team took the time to understand and appreciate the unique qualities of each piece, purchasing old legs, chairs, and backs. The designing, painting and making everything is a collaborative effort of everyone in the office.

The color palette of the office was a topic of discussion, and the team ultimately agreed on a combination of turquois blue and turmeric yellow. These colors blend beautifully together, creating a vibrant and energetic atmosphere. A curtain made from bamboo was designed for the office balcony, adding a touch of natural and eco-friendly aesthetics. The plants in the office are kept in pots that have been repurposed using the Japanese technique called Kintsugi, which involves repairing broken pottery with lacquer and gold dust.

One notable feature of the office is the presence of old tires that have been restored and repurposed as mini sofa seating in the main area. This adds a unique and playful touch to the space. Additionally, the office showcases a collaborative artwork, a Deer painting, that was created with the joint effort of the director and the employees. This artwork serves as a focal point and represents the unity and creativity of the team.

Overall, Aagaur studio's office stands out from traditional office spaces due to its commitment to sustainability and the creative use of recycled materials. The team takes pride in their unique and environmentally friendly workspace.
